Drove to Raleigh, from Georgia. Unfortunately, I could not rate the company with a review. I honestly felt like we were swindled into getting our vehicle fixed, Audi A7. Came in just for AC repairs to only find out we could not get the repairs due to company denying the service because we decided not to get the full service that cost $6000. Car Shield was willing to pay for a certain amount of the service, however we could not get anything done again because they would not allow us to get a portion of the job completed so that we could drive 7 1/2 hours back home with no AC and my baby in the car. If a customer is agreeing to getting a portion of a service that should be honored, not feeling stuck to get a service at the cost of which I was quoted first at $17,000 to $6,100 to $6,2000. The world is a cruel place and please do your research before allowing anyone to run a diagnostic on your vehicle or you could end like me. $574 diagnostic test, no AC and miscommunication and no service completed because you choose not to honor a 12 month warranty or 7 year warranty. I can’t speak to the quality of work as I never had work done. Their garage looks clean and organized, But this quote is ridiculous. I received a quote of $865 for a PDK transmission fluid service on my Porsche, which I initially thought was reasonable and planned to schedule. When I asked whether the quote included replacing the external filter (which is standard for a full ATF service),I was told it was not included. They then revised the quote to over $1,200 due to “additional labor.” That external filter literally takes a few minutes to swap out. I wasn’t going to argue and I just ended up leaving Out of frustration, I ended up ordering all the OEM parts myself for under $350—including that external filter—and plan on just putting aside an hour this weekend to get it done Hard to find reasonable shops these days.

Well I took my 2016 Range Rover Sport to get a Serpentine Belt replacement but found out also that my Alternator bracket had broken and my batteries went completely dead. Bri was amazing with keeping me inform on what was needed for the car. I got the estimate and was like Wow but that is what u get when dealing with Foreign cars.They got the parts and did a amazing job on it. I will most definitely bring it back in the future.

A coolant leak was missed during a pre-purchase inspection. I don’t think the lower engine cover was removed and there was obvious streaking due to the leaking coolant on the oil pan. With the cover removed I could see noticeable drips coming from the lower pump but it looks like the water pump housing is where the leak is coming from above the lower electric pump. The quoted repair is $1900 and probably would have led me to not go forward with the purchase had it been spotted. I feel they were very knowledgeable but this was an unfortunate miss that I believe would have been obvious if the lower cover was removed for the inspection. Also the cover was wet and covered in coolant.
